COVENANT HEALTH HOBBS
Planning and design is completed for Covenant Health Hobbs Hospital, a freestanding, smart-sized 109,000SF facility based in Hobbs, NM. The hospital will provide convenient access to healthcare in eastern New Mexico. The 3-story community hospital will have 32 in-patient beds and house an Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, four Operating Rooms, and a Birthing Center. The clinical services include General Medicine, General Surgery, OB/GYN, General Cardiology, and General Orthopedics. The dedicated Women’s Health Center includes Bone Density and Mammography. A 2,000SF community center will be used for various health education, screenings, and events.

- Geotechnical Investigations
- Utility Coordination and Relocation Services
- Boundary and Topographic Surveys
- Site Grading and Drainage Plan
- Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan & Erosion Control
- Special Inspections including rebar (column & building footings, achor bolts, slab on grade)
- Masonry Inspections
- SWPPP
