Crossbuck Road in Eddy County was damaged in the September 2014 flood event. At the North Seven Rivers Draw crossing, the road and crossing were impassible. Pettigrew & Associates, as part of FEMA DR 4199, provided engineering, surveying, materials testing, construction inspection and observation for the project. The road was repaved with CRCP (Continuous Reinforced Concrete Pavement) so it could withstand future large rain events, and protected by installation of wire enclosed rip-rap.
