CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Using the versatility of our construction and ethics oriented employees, PETTIGREW & ASSOCIATES offers Construction Management Services for Quality Assurance of constructed projects. The purpose of the Quality Assurance program is to establish planned and systematic actions to monitor quality control over suppliers, manufacturers, products, services, and workmanship for construction of the project. The Quality Assurance programs also monitor work and product against acceptance criteria established in the Quality Control Plan. Facets of our Quality Assurance program include implementation of the Work Plan, Quality Control Plan, Inspection, Materials Testing, Project Submittals, and Project Documentation.
