1. Serves as primary contact of the laboratory department with client to schedule
client’s testing request.
2. Attends and answers client inquiries, phone and walk-in, and coordinate with the
team the resolution of the client’s concern.
3. Maintains client’s listing for communication and coordination.
4. Prepares and coordinates daily/weekly schedule of the technicians
5. Prepares field book of clients by following the procedure of setting up projects in
the system.
6. Records and keeps tracks on the project and project list.
7. Keeps track with the laboratory reports for confidentiality and accessibility when
reports are needed.
8. Maintains integrity of the system by ensuring that data are correct upon
encoding and saving into the file.
9. Other duties as assigned.

1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent, College or Technical degree preferred but not

3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
4. Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience.
5. At least a year experience in customer service company. Experience in the related
industry in an advantage.
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system.
8. Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
9. High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
10. Bilingual preferred but not required.
