Improvement surveys are provided to title companies and lenders to meet a specific purpose in the real estate industry. They are often combined with Flood Elevation Certificate surveys to meet FEMA requirements and can be expanded into drainage studies to create documents in support of Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) and Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) applications to FEMA and NFIP.
