In late 2009, SunEdison, North America’s largest solar energy services provider announced a deal for five photovoltaic solar installations in Southeast New Mexico that would total 50 megawatts (MW) in generation capacity. PETTIGREW & ASSOCIATES has provided a variety of services for the project.
PETTIGREW partnered with the Kleinfelder to provide detailed utility locations and records research for site feasibility analysis, and following site selection, ALTA/ boundary and topographic surveys of two sites between 160 and 240 acres each. Our team also surveyed and created two easements for Ingress/Egress approximately 1320-foot long by 100 wide.
