MONUMENT WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
The Monument Water Users Association discovered oil in their domestic water system in 1986 and a disaster was declared. PETTIGREW & ASSOCIATES was contracted to perform a feasibility study and rate analysis. Upon completion of the study phase, further engineering services include design testing, design engineering, preliminary field surveys, and construction inspection, testing and surveying for a new water well, well equipment and approximately 7,400 feet of water transmission line. The project also included relocation of the water storage tank.
