QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM (QAP)
PETTIGREW & ASSOCIATES utilizes a systematic and disciplined approach to provide quality professional services to our clients. Our Quality Assurance Program (QAP), applicable to all projects, validates compliance with contract requirements and professional standards of care.
Project Management Work Plan – includes contract information, scope of work, controlling conditions, technical approach, and project schedule.
Project Quality Assurance Plan – includes a minimum framework of four components.
- Defining Team Members
- Defining Project Controls monitoring procedures
- Defining Milestone reviews and process
- Defining appropriate QA/QC checklists
Prior to submission to the client, all substantive work performed or work identified as a significant deliverable will undergo an Independent Technical Review to verify the quality and integrity of the project tasks and written work products, and to satisfy contractual obligations in an organized and consistent manner.
